Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to join our team as a Serenia Life Financial Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.


About the Role


As a Serenia Life Financial Representative, your key accountabilities will include:



  • Business Development: Outbound prospecting, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and introducing appropriate products and services
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Digital Wealth Management: Insurance, Investments, and Mortgages

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • LLQP or willingness to obtain
