Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and lead a team of safety personnel to ensure compliance with our Safety Management System (SMS) and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Safety Culture and Compliance
    • Develop and implement strategies to promote a strong safety culture within our organization and among our clients and contractors.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety management, with a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory role.
    • Relevant certifications, such as NCSO/CRSP, are required.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Intermediate computer skills, with experience working in Google Workspace a plus.
