Commercial Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Entuitive. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing administrative and commercial activities, client relationships, and optimizing financial performance.
About the RoleIn this role, you will lead the development and implementation of commercial management strategies, plans, and processes to maximize project and corporate success. You will establish and implement commercial governance frameworks to monitor contract compliance and financial performance.
You will develop and maintain comprehensive commercial management plans to govern project financial, contractual, and risk strategies with integrated commercial processes across all project phases. This includes building and leading a commercial management team, defining corporate roles, responsibilities, and escalation procedures for commercial activities.
You will interface and coordinate with legal advisors, project managers, risk managers, schedulers, senior Entuitive management, contractors, stakeholders, and clients to report and advise on commercial performance and make recommendations to ensure project success.
This role requires strong leadership, team management, communications, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate transparently and professionally with clients, partners, project teams, and stakeholders to build long-term relationships and trust.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Law, Finance, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the consulting engineering, construction, or transportation infrastructure sectors
- Deep understanding of alternative project delivery methods such as Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, Design Build, CMAR, Design-Build-Finance, and P3 and their implications for project contracts and agreements, risk, and financial performance
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
