Rôle et responsabilités

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de coordonner et d'administrer plusieurs programmes de communications médias pour promouvoir les produits et la présence de l'entreprise sur les marchés d'une manière qui correspond aux objectifs organisationnels.

Compétences et qualifications requises

  • Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis
  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience en gestion de projet
  • Solide aptitude à collaborer à l'échelle de l'organisation
  • Esprit d'analyse, souci du détail et expérience dans l'utilisation de chiffres pour répondre activement aux demandes

Responsabilités

  • Appuyer la mise en œuvre stratégique et l'administration des commandites et des partenariats pour la région du Québec
  • Appuyer la gestion et le déploiement des ressources de RBC, y compris les articles promotionnels, les documents imprimés et les publicités numériques, et assurer la conformité de la marque au sein des marchés locaux et auprès des partenaires externes
  • Appuyer les projets de l'équipe régionale Marketing et citoyenneté
  • Planifier et tenir des événements dans le cadre d'initiatives clés (annonces de dons, événements liés aux commandites, événements à l'intention de la clientèle) et s'occuper de la gestion des billets de la loge du Centre Bell et autres événements clients
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs de succursale pour s'assurer que les activités dans la collectivité respectent l'image de marque et que les marchés locaux ont accès à toutes les ressources nécessaires de RBC
  • Gérer les communications de base et assurer des réponses rapides aux demandes de renseignements des parties prenantes internes et externes concernant les dons, les commandites et les activités de mobilisation dans la collectivité
  • Surveiller l'utilisation du logo de RBC et la reconnaissance de la Banque concernant les dons, les petites commandites au niveau communautaire et d'autres besoins en matière de communication
  • Aider à traiter les demandes ponctuelles de ressources marketing provenant du réseau de succursales et approuver toutes les publicités prêtes à utiliser demandées par le biais de la Centrale de commercialisation
  • Soutenir la gestion de SmartSimple et de Sponsorium de sorte que RBC soit conforme aux ententes de service établies par l'équipe Marque et citoyenneté d'entreprise
