**Job Opportunity at Markham Infiniti**

Markham Infiniti, a leading automotive dealership, is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the Service department, the Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and efficient service processes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and schedule accurate and efficient diagnosis of reported vehicle issues
  • Meet and greet customers in-person or via phone, providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilize CDK software to manage service processes
  • Provide repair and maintenance recommendations to customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, invoices, and reports
  • Adhere to all organizational safety standards
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Position involves prolonged sitting and use of office equipment and computers

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • CDK experience is preferred
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is an asset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone handling experience
