Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant II to join our team at Lawtons. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing prescriptions, and promoting our PROfile programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Process prescriptions, including data entry and customer transactions
  • Receive and record in-person and telephone refill requests
  • Promote PROfile programs and provide exceptional patient care
  • Assist with compounding, pill pack assembly, and filing prescriptions
  • Manage drug orders and receive deliveries
  • Schedule professional clinical services, such as medication reviews and health risk assessments
  • Manage BTC and administrative duties, including cycle counts and narcotic counts
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
Requirements
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree or Pharmacy Technology Certificate
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
