Job Summary

Mobil/Waypoints Haliburton is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels
    • Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
    • Identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
