Retail Store Manager

Mobil/Waypoints Haliburton is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting products and services to drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English.
