About the Role

Mobil/Waypoints Haliburton is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Sell merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Inventory Management and Organization
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights for business growth.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
