Receptionist/Care Coordinator Opportunity

Lifemark Sport Medicine Richmond Oval is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist/Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and coordination of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls, greeting, and assisting clients
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving client issues
  • Processing mail, courier, and fax communications
  • Tracking and submitting reports
  • Providing administrative support to the office manager and clinic director
  • Monitoring and ordering office and clinic supplies
  • Assisting with photocopier and fax maintenance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a medical clinic setting
  • Understanding of medical terminology is an asset
  • Health-related educational background is preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
