  • Recall orders accurately and deliver correct food items to clients.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns in a gracious and professional manner.
  • Inform clients about new menu items and make recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with the bartender to recommend wine and beverage pairings.
  • Recommend side dishes to complement main courses.
  • Upsell beverages, coffees, and desserts as appropriate.
  • Handle customer service concerns in a professional manner, referring difficult issues to the Manager or Executive Chef.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar capacity.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
