- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and maintaining store displays.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
