Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites Kelowna Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Coordinate inspection of assigned areas
- Supervise staff and ensure they meet safety standards and departmental policies
- Maintain financial records and inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
