The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local government administration, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent technical, administrative, and supervisory skills, including experience in overseeing local government systems, records management, and electoral processes.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to provide guidance and support to the Director, Legislative Services + Corporate Officer, and contribute to the development of organizational objectives.
