Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring a high level of employee engagement and motivation.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
