About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to lead our Digital Service Performance team at Mark's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence
    • Ensure timely processing and movement of inventory to the sales floor, resulting in a seamless customer experience.
    • Model active selling behaviors and techniques to empower department team members and enhance their selling capabilities.
    • Promote company programs, including loyalty initiatives, private-label products, and seasonal promotions, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Training and Development
    • Support and coach team members to address performance gaps and provide ongoing feedback to improve their skills.
    • Communicate effectively with the team, leading engaging Shift Starter meetings and training sessions that foster a culture of excellence.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, exemplifying Mark's leadership and culture, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Develop and implement a daily game plan for the department and store, driving business results and customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize superior training and mentoring skills to develop and retain top talent.
    • Basic computer skills are required to effectively manage department operations.
