About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Application Support Consultant to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our production applications, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business partners, technology teams, and clients, to provide timely and effective communication on technical issues and resolutions.
  • Project Implementation: Participate in project implementation, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with team members to improve overall technical capabilities and support.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of production applications, technical systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
