About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at BrokerLink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key insurer partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor branch-level operating and expense budgets.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage operations.
  • Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
