CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join their team. Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in preparation of documents relating to companies and societies, including incorporations/registrations, corporate reorganizations, dividends, alterations and article amendments, share/asset transactions, director and officer changes, name changes, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions and restorations. Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of corporate documents, including filings and registrations; Correspond with clients, solicitors and accountants; Maintain accurate records and virtual minute books; Provide exceptional client-focused service; Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations; Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulations. Requirements:

A Diploma or certificate in accredited paralegal program and/or successful career history in the role of a corporate paralegal; Over three years related experience; Working knowledge of BC Online, ALF and Microsoft Office; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task/manage priorities in a fast-paced environment; Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service; Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
