Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The position requires 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
