Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the box office, concession stand, and other theatre facilities as needed.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve theatre goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
