Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cast Member. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Assist with concession sales, theatre operations, and other duties as required.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve theatre goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights, as required.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification, where applicable, and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres, would be an asset.
