Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Installation Team Lead to join our team at 360 Comfort Systems. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Commissioning
    • Lead and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential installation challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of installation technicians.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with relevant codes and standards, and that all safety protocols are followed.
    • Conduct regular quality and safety audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC service or installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters, including tankless heaters.
  • Valid Gas Fitter or Refrigeration License.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and having a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.
  • Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP (Customer Protection Plan) enrollments.
  • Must have demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
