Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Lead to join our team at 360 Comfort Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer HVAC equipment meets or exceeds technical standards and municipal codes.
  • Follow Energy Star service and installation processes.
  • Provide expert advice on HVAC options and maintenance.
  • Conduct thorough equipment inspections and maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
  • Explain the benefits of efficient equipment to customers.
  • Promote Anchor products and services on every call.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a five-star experience.
  • Request online reviews from satisfied customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years recent HVAC service or installation experience.
  • Valid Gas Fitter or Refrigeration License.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Ability to work from heights and use a ladder.
  • Accountable and responsible personality with strong technical and customer service skills.
  • Effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrollments.
