Job Title: Executive Director, Association

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our association in achieving its mission and goals.

About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the association, including developing and implementing policies, programs, and services that align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the association in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
