At CB Canada, we are seeking a skilled Data/Process Analyst to support our client in the Banking Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on inquiries via phone and email, meeting SLAs, and thinking quickly on their feet.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support and assist in the generation of ad hoc queries, reporting of statistical trending, and tax-related tasks
  • Generate various tax slips and filings with CRA as required and provide partners with necessary calculations
  • Respond to inquiries in a call center environment, ensuring information provided is accurate and service levels are met
  • Analyze current state processes and perform root cause analysis for any breaks and gaps in process

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data literacy, process optimization, and data technology tools. They will also possess intermediate-advanced level Excel skills, strong verbal and listening skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: 1-3 years' work experience in analytical roles (data analysis, Operations Analyst, data validation, reporting, and analytics techniques)
