Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Manage and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
