We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management group, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our investment advisors in delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transaction Support: Assist investment advisors with routine financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, and ensure accurate and efficient processing.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce portfolio management reports and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to investment advisors, including scheduling appointments, preparing client meetings, and managing client files.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
