Developmental Service Worker

Momentum is seeking a Developmental Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing life skills workshops, providing suicide and crisis intervention, and resolving conflict situations. You will work in group homes and private residences, supervising activities and assisting clients with special needs. This is a permanent position, with a 30-40 hour workweek.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Experience in group home settings or with special needs students
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, judgement, client focus, flexibility, and initiative
