Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Join Canadian Tire Hillside (Store 365) as an Automotive Service Advisor and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring ongoing commitment to customer needs and vehicle maintenance.
  • Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, both over the phone and in person.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage customer concerns and problems promptly, dealing with challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Operations: Complete and review repair orders with customers, estimate costs and times for service and repairs, and ensure final invoices match estimates and vehicles are delivered on time.
  • Teamwork: Act as liaison between customers and technicians, manage work order status, and engage in learning activities and coaching to improve skills.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends in the automotive service industry and mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
