Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Raider Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll, and maintaining work records and logs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work and ensure accuracy of completed time sheets and payroll.
- Maintain work records and logs, and train workers in duties and policies.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
- Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset.
- Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work setting is in the transportation industry.
