Transformative Salesforce Solutions

At KPMG Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our elite delivery team. As a key member of our Canadian Salesforce practice, you'll play a pivotal role in helping organizations revolutionize their customer engagement strategies.

With a strong background in designing and implementing innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform, you'll be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to drive business value for our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in delivering efficient results, managing priorities, and following best practices in Salesforce implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions and resolve technical and operations issues.
  • Participate in the analysis of business requirements and planning of Salesforce capabilities into solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop, test, and document Salesforce solutions using Agile project management methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries.
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or business.
  • Experience with Java and related technologies, preferably Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Components frameworks.
  • Understanding of project management and technical analysis methodologies.
