About the Role

At KPMG Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our growing Canadian practice. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive transformative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions powered by the Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and plan Salesforce capabilities
  • Leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions to resolve technical and operations issues
  • Managing time and priorities to deliver efficient results
  • Applying Salesforce implementation best practices to establish standard and custom platforms
  • Developing, testing, and documenting Salesforce solutions
  • Utilizing project management methods such as Agile to promote continuous improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce
  • Experience delivering complex solutions at an enterprise level scale in regulated industries
  • A proven track record of implementing Salesforce or other SaaS platforms, and experience with agile delivery methodology
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, information systems, or business
  • Experience with Java and related technologies, preferably Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Components frameworks
  • Understanding of project management and technical analysis methodologies
  • An enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
