Pattison Agriculture Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Supervise and train heavy-duty equipment mechanics and apprentices
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure budgetary compliance
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

  • 5 years or more of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance and operations
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to supervise and train others
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
