We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at CARFAX. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior and data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain measurement plans and frameworks to support enterprise strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
  • Manage and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity of analytics data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Strong understanding of the analytics process from strategy to tagging/implementation to reporting
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action and efficiency
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong business acumen and foresight
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and quality assurance (QA)
  • Ability to translate, communicate, and distill metrics into actionable marketing frameworks
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience in data collection architecture and design (Data Layer, Pixels, CDP, DMP, MDM, Website Governance and Compliance Technology)
