Key Responsibilities:

1. Calculate, prepare, and issue account-related documents using computerized systems.

2. Code, total, batch, record, and verify transactions, such as accounts payable, payroll, orders, checks, invoices, and statements banking.

3. Compile budget data and documents based on revenue and expenditure estimates and previous budgets.

4. Prepare cost or periodic statements or reports.

5. Calculate material costs, overheads, and other expenses from estimates, quotes, and price lists.

6. Respond to customer requests for information, maintain good customer relations, and resolve problems.
