Job Summary

Chief Mountain Husky is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective use of resources
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
