Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, apprentices, and design team members.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed effectively.
  • Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including scheduling and timekeeping.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
