Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 426889 BC LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. You must be physically demanding and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
