Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our AML IT Application Support team. As a key member of our Technology and Operations division, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and security of our AML applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Production, Operations, and Release Management Support specialists who support a portfolio of 10 AML IT applications built on various platforms.
  • Ensure service level agreement commitments are met by recognizing, prioritizing, and escalating issues of urgency to meet regulatory deadlines and minimize end-user impact.
  • Collaborate with other Production Analysts/Leads, Development Leads, and Application/Infrastructure teams to ensure minimal to no application service disruptions.
  • Investigate and support production problems, ensuring ongoing status communications to stakeholders, and drive issue resolution.
  • Ensure capture of issue root cause to enable continuous improvement of our systems and prioritize related fixes to mitigate/eliminate future issues.
  • Identify partners not meeting RBC IT service level commitments and communicate and escalate any service gaps impacting our applications.
  • Ensure documentation of Application Health Checks is in place and executed by the team to confirm applications are operating as needed.
  • Ensure documentation of Problem Resolution Process steps for key issues is in place for the team.
  • Call out any gaps or ambiguity in documentation for resolution.
Requirements
  • Strong organization and communications skills (written and verbal).
