Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Worker to join our team at Harvest Cafe.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Worker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting with food preparation and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas, as well as washing dishes and utensils.
  • Assist with food preparation by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service to customers.
Requirements:
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
