About the Role

Unreal Gigs is seeking a Senior AI Research Scientist to drive deep learning innovation and advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence. As a key member of our team, you will design and develop novel deep learning algorithms, architectures, and models that solve complex problems across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Cutting-Edge Research in Deep Learning: Explore new methodologies, experiment with state-of-the-art techniques, and create models that solve complex tasks, such as image classification, language generation, and reinforcement learning.">
  • Develop Scalable Deep Learning Models: Build and implement deep learning models that can handle large datasets, optimizing them for speed, accuracy, and scalability using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.">
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product teams, AI engineers, and data scientists to translate deep learning research into real-world applications, ensuring models and algorithms align with business objectives.">
  • Publish Research and Contribute to the AI Community: Publish research findings in top-tier AI and machine learning conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.) and contribute to the AI community by sharing insights, participating in discussions, and advancing knowledge in the field of deep learning.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep Learning Expertise: Extensive experience in deep learning techniques and neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, transformers, GANs, and autoencoders.">
  • Research and Innovation: Strong background in conducting AI and machine learning research, with experience exploring new methodologies and experimenting with models.">
  • Programming and Frameworks: Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or JAX.">
  • Mathematical Foundations: Strong understanding of the mathematical foundations behind deep learning, including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization techniques.">

Compensation:

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This role also comes with opportunities for growth and professional development within Unreal Gigs.
