We seek an experienced leader to spearhead our cybersecurity artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) efforts. As the Head of Infosec AI/ML Cyber Data Science, you will shape and execute our strategies to enhance threat detection, incident response, and insider threat capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of AI/ML data scientists and researchers to drive innovation in cybersecurity.
  • Develop and implement the overarching AI/ML strategy for cybersecurity, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance on adopting cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and security experts to understand emerging threats and develop proactive defense measures.
  • Oversee the development of advanced analytics models for threat detection, response, and prediction.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven technical experience in applying machine learning and data science techniques to cybersecurity challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, make strategic decisions, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Bash, Java, etc.
  • Experience with Cloud Service Providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, virtualization techniques, big data technologies, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Industry certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GCIH, GCFA, etc).
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a cybersecurity or AI/ML-focused organization.
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
