Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support the company's growth and objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting and Financial Systems: Maintain and improve our accounting and financial systems, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
