Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to join our team at 2433702 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Hardworking, positive attitude, organized, and a team player.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
