We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 2433702 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail business setting.
- Skills: Hardworking, positive attitude, organized, and a team player.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
