Store Operations Manager

Scout Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Drayton Valley. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Oversee the management of store inventory, accounts receivable, and rental operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales and operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promote products and services, and participate in community events.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience: Proven experience as a store manager in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
- Competitive Salary: A highly competitive base salary starting at $60,000 plus commission.
