Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Support clients with mobility and exercise, such as walking and stretching
  • Provide personal care, such as toileting and incontinence care
  • Assist with household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide physical support and assistance as needed
