Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Phillip Grant. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care tasks
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with grocery shopping and errands
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a client-focused approach
