Job Title: Pipeline Valve Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pipeline Valve Technician to join our team at Contro Valve Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check and lubricate gas pipeline valves to ensure optimal performance
  • Install supports, valves, piping, and control systems to maintain system integrity
  • Clean, polish, file, or otherwise finish products to meet quality standards
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent downtime
  • Check products for quality and other specifications to ensure compliance
  • Operate or tend automatic or multi-purpose machines to produce metal parts and metal products
  • Fitting and assembling components using hand and power tools
  • Setting up, operating, and maintaining conventional and CNC machine tools
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in industrial mechanics and maintenance technology
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
  • Ability to work in a dusty, noisy, and hot environment
